1. Parties and Merchant of Record

Twinmo, Corp. (“Twinmo”, “we”, “us”) is the developer and licensor of the Product.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of the Product. This means:

2. Product Description

Twinmo provides cloud-based software products for physical product testing, validation, and testoperations management, including access to the TestRuns platform and related softwarefeatures.

The Product is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis and accessed electronically.

3. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees, Twinmo grants you a limited, non-exclusive,non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Product for your internalbusiness purposes during the subscription term.

The Product is licensed, not sold.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

No refunds are provided for unused subscription time except as required by law or expresslystated in this Agreement.

5. Fees, Taxes, and Payments

Twinmo does not process or store payment card data.

Refunds may be refused where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, orsubstantial prior use of the Product.

7. Services and Regional Limitations

Twinmo’s offering through Paddle is limited to software access only.
